Who provides the service
MoorReady is provided by Shade Solutions AB (company registration number 556682-7167), Fryxellsgatan 1, 392 44 Kalmar, Sweden. Contact: info@moorready.se. These terms apply to this website, to the demo and to requirement lists we prepare during the early access period.
What a requirement list is
A requirement list states which requirements, notifications and deadlines we understand to apply to a described port call, and shows the official source, the clause and the date we last read it for each item. It is prepared from public sources: EU acts, national legislation, authority regulations and guidance, and the rules ports and terminals publish for arriving ships.
Each item also carries how it was checked. Most items are extracted and checked against the source text by software and are marked as such. An item is only marked as verified once a person has read every source behind it and confirmed the condition, the deadline and the channel. The service tells you which is which, and it says when something is uncertain and what question would settle it.
What it is not
- It is not legal advice, and it does not create a lawyer-client relationship.
- It does not replace the master's judgement, the shipowner's own compliance work or the ship agent's advice.
- It does not replace the official source. Where our reading and the source differ, the source governs.
- It is not a submission channel. MoorReady does not file notifications on your behalf.
During early access the lists are drafts. You are expected to check them against your own sources before relying on them for a call, and we ask you to tell us what was wrong or missing.
Accuracy and liability
We prepare every item carefully and monitor the sources weekly, but rules change, authorities publish conflicting texts, and a call can turn on facts we were not told. We therefore give no warranty that a list is complete, current or fit for a particular call.
To the extent permitted by law, Shade Solutions AB is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost time, demurrage, port or towage costs, fines or lost profit, arising from the use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under Swedish law. During early access the service is provided free of charge, which these limits reflect.
Your material
Details you give us about a call, such as the vessel, the cargo, the port and the times, are used to prepare your list and to improve the knowledge base. We do not publish your name, your vessel or your voyage, and we do not use your call as a public example without asking you first. Personal data is handled as described in the privacy notice.
Our material
The requirement lists, the website and the demo belong to Shade Solutions AB. You may use a list inside your own organization and share it with your agent or your crew for the call it was made for. Quoted legal texts belong to the authority or the port that issued them, and we link to the original so you can read it in full.
Changes
We may change these terms as the service develops; the date above says when they last changed. Swedish law applies, and disputes are heard by Kalmar District Court unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
