Who is responsible

MoorReady is developed by Shade Solutions AB (company registration number 556682-7167), Fryxellsgatan 1, 392 44 Kalmar, Sweden. Shade Solutions AB is the controller for the personal data described here. Contact: info@moorready.se.

This website

The website sets no cookies and does not track you across other sites. We do count visits, with Matomo running on our own server at decisa.se, configured so that it stores no cookies on your device. For each page view it records the page address, the referring page, approximate location from a shortened IP address, and the browser and device type. We use it only to see which pages are read and whether the demo is tried. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing whether the site works; the data is not shared with anyone, not used for advertising and not combined with anything else. Statistics are kept for 24 months.

Our hosting provider processes technical information such as IP addresses when delivering the pages and protecting the site against abuse, as part of its service to us.

Early access sign-up

The early access form is run with our form provider Tally, which stores data in the EU. We use your answers and your email address to contact you about trying MoorReady on your own port calls and to prepare the requirement list you ask for. The legal basis is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time. We delete the sign-up no later than 31 December 2027 unless we have a business relationship by then. What the service is and is not is described in the terms of use.

The survey

The survey is run with our form provider Tally, which stores data in the EU. Answering is voluntary and you can answer anonymously. If you leave your email address or organization, we use it to send you the anonymized results and, if you ask for it, to contact you about testing MoorReady. The legal basis is your consent.

Email addresses and organization names are deleted no later than 31 December 2027. Answers that can no longer be linked to you may be kept for analysis.

When you email us

If you contact us, we use your name, email address and message to answer you and to follow up on what you asked about. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries. We delete correspondence when it is no longer needed for that purpose, and no later than 24 months after the last contact unless we have a business relationship.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@moorready.se. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority. In Sweden that is the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
